I complied the following graphs from MLS data and NH Economic Development Data. The first chart shows the percentage change in median sales price using 2003 as a base year compared to the percentage change in the average reported weekly wage for the year  - only the first quarter of 2008 was available for wages.

the second chart shows the % changes in sales volume through MLS since 2003
